1. GENERAL POLICY
All purchases made on our website are subject to the terms mentioned below.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
2. NO REFUND POLICY
We follow a strict no refund policy.
• We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances
• Approved cases will be resolved via exchange or store credit (gift card) only
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• Product has a manufacturing defect, or
• Wrong item has been delivered
We reserve the sole right to determine whether a return request is valid.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
We may allow exchanges in limited cases such as:
• Size / model issues (if applicable)
• Approved product issues
Charges:
• A minimum exchange fee of ₹200 or actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will apply
• Additional price difference must be paid for higher-value products
We reserve the right to approve or reject any exchange request.
5. MANDATORY CONDITIONS (VERY IMPORTANT)
To be eligible for any return/exchange:
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• A valid proof of purchase is required
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
• A full unboxing video is compulsory for any claim
• The video must clearly show:
• Package seal
• Product condition upon opening
❗ No return/exchange request will be processed without this video
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
• Used or damaged products
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Clearance / sale / discounted products
• Gift cards
7. RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a request:
1. Email us at sterlingsportsclub.com
2. Share:
• Order ID
• Issue details
• Photos + unboxing video
3. Wait for approval from our team
❗ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
Once approved:
• You will receive instructions for shipping the product
8. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
• Customers are responsible for sending the product back safely
• We are not liable for damage during return shipping
• If product is received damaged, request may be rejected
9. DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photo/video proof
Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of claim.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Shipment:
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
• A 2% deduction may apply for payment gateway charges
After Shipment:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
11. STORE CREDIT (GIFT CARD POLICY)
If your return/exchange is approved:
• You will receive a store credit (gift card)
• Validity: 6 months from date of issue
• Cannot be converted to cash
• Cannot be combined with certain offers
12. RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to:
• Reject any return/exchange request
• Deny claims suspected to be fraudulent
• Modify or cancel policies without prior notice
